About the organisers

The company has delivered 16 training programmes, educating almost 140 companies in circular design. Ethica is an active member of Nordic Biomimicry, the Green Building Council Finland, Nordic Circular Hotspot, and various other sustainability-focused networks across the Nordic region and Europe. The team contributes actively to societal discussions on sustainability by speaking at prominent global events, including the World Economic Forum and Sustainability Talks Istanbul, among others.

Day 1: Understand
- Learn circular economy principles and trends
- Discover Ethica’s circular design model
- Analyze market transitions and your company’s positioning
- Define a preliminary strategic goal for circular business development
- Collaborate through case studies and discussions
Day 2, September 11th, 2025
Day 2: Ideate
- Explore circular product design strategies
- Map product material and chemical flows for circularity
- Align circular features with partnerships and business models
- Apply theory through real-world examples and case studies

Day 3: Define
- Design customer journeys
- Create long-term customer value with circular strategies
- Set short- and long-term sustainability goals and develop a prioritized action plan for immediate implementation in your company
Eligibility criteria and ideal participant profiles
- Up to 10 companies and up to 5 representatives from each organisation
- Company eligibility criteria:
- Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
- Manufacturing companies with own physical product
- Aiming at sustainability and environmental leadership
- Willing to dedicate a team of 2-5 people to the Sprint
- Participants occupy the following positions within the company:
- CEOs, Product Managers & R&D teams, Designers, Sales & Marketing teams, Supply Chain professionals or and other professional interested in circular product and service development
