The sprint brought together experts in UX design, design research, materials and process engineering, and sourcing. Through hands-on collaboration, the team identified circular opportunities throughout the value chain—including process improvements, sustainable material choices, circular business model innovations, and potential closed-loop systems—all contributing to a broader shift toward circular business practices.
